The company boasts a 20,000㎡ self-built intelligent manufacturing industrial park, equipped with standardized production workshops, process sampling laboratories, and an independent R&D center in Dongguan. We independently manage the entire process—from technical R&D and sample proofing to mass equipment production and turnkey customized delivery.

Adhering to the "1+3+N" strategic layout, we focus on a single core: precision dispensing solutions for semiconductors. We have developed three major product lines into comprehensive, full-link turnkey solutions, featuring core equipment such as vacuum homogenizing defoaming mixers, fully automatic precision dispensing machines, and in-line vision inspection systems.

Our business focuses on four core sectors: semiconductor packaging, optical communication components, photovoltaic & hydrogen energy storage, and LED packaging/optoelectronics. Our equipment is fully compatible with the processing of solder paste, silver paste, and various packaging adhesives, proficiently executing mainstream packaging processes such as phosphor dispensing, underfill, dam & fill, GlobTop, and wire reinforcement.

Currently, we hold 6 invention patents, 40 utility model patents, and software copyrights. We are deeply committed to the independent R&D of fluid control and vision algorithms, aiming for domestic substitution and benchmarking against top overseas brands.
