What are some elements that affect the visual dispensing machine

Time:2020-12-02 Hits:158

Factors that affect the clicking effect are generally the size of the amount of glue dispensed, the glue dispense pressure, the size of the needle, the distance between the needle and the working surface, the viscosity of the glue, the temperature of the glue, the curing temperature curve, the air bubbles in the glue, and the fluid that needs to be specially set. Wait, let's make an introduction below, hoping to help.

First of all, the size of the amount of glue dispensed is generally considered to be half the size of the product spacing, so as to ensure that there is enough glue to bond the components and prevent too much glue. The amount of dispensing is determined by the length of time. In practice, the dispensing time should be selected according to the temperature and the characteristics of the glue.

Secondly, in terms of dispensing pressure, if the pressure is too high, the glue will overflow and the amount of glue will be too much; if the pressure is too small, there will be discontinuous dispensing and leakage, which will lead to product defects. Therefore, it needs to be based on factors such as ambient temperature and glue viscosity. Conditioning.

Furthermore, the needle of the dispensing machine generally needs to choose a needle whose inner diameter is about 1/2 of the diameter of the dispensing point. During the dispensing process, the dispensing needle should be selected according to the size of the product. The distance between the needle and the working surface, different dispensers use different needles, and some needles have a certain degree of stop, so it is necessary to grasp the dispensing distance, and even the needle and the working surface should be checked before each operation starts. Interval calibration, that is, Z-axis height calibration.

In addition to the factors of the dispensing machine itself, the viscosity of the glue directly affects the quality of the dispensing. If the viscosity is high, the glue dots will become smaller or even drawn; The temperature is 23°C to 25°C; the ambient temperature has an effect on the viscosity of the glue, the viscosity increases when the temperature drops, the glue flow rate decreases accordingly, and it is easier to show the phenomenon of drawing. The glue curing temperature curve has been given by the manufacturer. In practice, a higher temperature should be used for curing as much as possible, so that the glue has sufficient strength after curing.
